After quickly locating each of the randomly-oriented batteries, the robot meticulously picks and places each individual battery in a precise arrangement for packaging. In addition to the four-axis model seen here, FANUC Robotics also offers a six-axis model of the M-1iA robot -- The M-1iA/0.5A - for tasks that require maximum wrist articulation.
