Gas Can Assembly

A FANUC LR Mate 200iB robot using vision hangs labels on gas cans after locating the pour nozzle. Vision is used to determine which of 4 size gas cans is present. Vision is also used to locate the vent and the robot then assembles the cap and nozzle onto the gas can. The cap is screwed onto the can using torque monitoring to determine that the cap is tight enough.
