LR Mate 200iC Deburring Robot with FS-10iA Force Sensor


In this industrial robotic deburring application demonstration, a FANUC LR Mate 200iC robot locates and simulates deburring a part using FANUC iRVision and an FS-10iA Force Sensor.

The LR Mate 200iC robot locates and determines the orientation of the part using iRVision. The LR Mate 200iC robot uses the end of arm tooling to change the orientation of the part and starts the process over. Once the orientation of the part is found, the FS-10iA Force Sensor is used to simulate deburring the inside of the part.
