iRVision 2D Setup and Operations Training
FANUC Robotics offers both classroom and hands-on robot lab training

If you are an operator, technician, engineer or programmer, you’ll want to take the iRVision-2D Setup and Operations Training to learn how to set up, teach, test, and modify iRVision applications.

The course will enable students to identify the components of a vision system, install vision hardware, develop an application, program the robot, perform error recovery procedures and follow recommended safety practices. More specifically:

-          Power up and jog the robot

-          Set up communication between robot and teaching computer

-          Set up and calibrate the camera

-          Teach a vision process (stationary camera)

-          Teach a vision process (robot mounted camera)

-          TPP programming

-          Troubleshooting

In addition to presentations and demonstrations, this course offers a series of lab exercises that reinforce the classroom presentations through hands-on experience, including recommended safety procedures.
